We visited Corigliano d'Otranto were struck by the architecture, castle and its piazza has a wonderful energy during the summer and festivals.. The kitchen living area and bathroom fill a space of 35sqm and it is ground level. It is well priced for someone who is looking for a start up in the Salento region. It would suit someone looking for a lock and leave or perhaps an investment rental for an air bnb style. It is in a ideal location with all the amenities nearby.
